Yes we do YOUR SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY. We have a daily cleaning schedule to ensure our premises and buses are cleaned to a high standard and sufficiently often. This includes particular focus on frequent touch points and the use of leading disinfectant products.

The frequency of cleaning is increased during the current pandemic. In addition we do fogging* (sanitization using fine mist particles) after a case (or suspected case) of COVID-19.

Everyday a bus is inspected by the driver for deficiencies that need to be corrected before the bus can leave the depot (pre-trip). Another inspection is performed at the end of the day (post-trip). Buses are inspected by certified mechanics at regular service intervals, as well as at least one additional time as part of our preventative maintenance program.

Smoking (both tobacco and electronic) is prohibited on the bus, but you may take advantage of the breaks in the tour to smoke.

We don’t limit luggage,  hence we may charge extra luggage fees then bags will be tagged, and stored either under the coach or Trailer.

Smaller carry-on bags may be brought along and be stored above the seats, but those bags will be your responsibility to handle.

We realize that illness and personal issues do occasionally arise and make it impossible to continue your travel plans. Unless otherwise noted, we will gladly refund your deposit if the cancellation is made prior to the final payment deadline.

Tickets can be purchased from our offices, located at the Bus Stations and from selected online ticket sales.

Lost property is held for 30 days. If the property is labelled we will endeavour to reconnect it with the owner, before your departure, however this is not always possible.
